From the 98th to the 107th academic years, the "Service Learning Group" helped execute the Ministry of Education's project to fund universities in offering service-learning courses. These courses spanned several disciplines and were implemented in collaboration with various community partners. For instance, the two-year technical program's second-year students frequently engaged in "Chinese-English Interpretation" and "Conference English and Practice" with partners like Taichung Lixing Elementary School Baseball Team and Taichung Gospel Hall from 98th to 107th academic years.

Specific courses included "Conference English and Practice" in the 107th academic year at Taichung Gospel Hall and "Chinese-English Interpretation" at Dali Tucheng Elementary School in the 104th academic year.
The involvement of these students in practical, service-oriented projects aimed to enhance their learning experience while benefiting the community, demonstrating a sustained commitment to integrating academic learning with real-world service.

From the 99th to the 107th academic years, the "Teaching Resource Center" supported the Ministry of Education's project to fund the collaboration of industry experts in teaching at technical and vocational institutions. This initiative involved various expert-led courses across different academic programs.
In the 107th academic year, industry professionals were involved in teaching specialized courses. During the 105th academic year, Luo Youzhi, head of Chuanglong Technology Research Studio, and Zhang Mingle from FSP Group, taught the fourth-year technical program's "English Translation" and the second-year technical program's "Chinese-English Interpretation" respectively.
In the 101st academic year, Cai Yalong from Top Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Lai Jiankun from Zhihai Intellectual Property Co., Ltd., taught the "Conference English and Practice" course to both the second and fourth-year students. Additionally, in the 100th academic year, Zhuang Sihan from Yuan Cheng Enterprise/ Caiye Translation Agency led the "Chinese-English Interpretation" course for second-year technical program students.
Finally, in the 99th academic year, Zhuang Sihan also instructed the "English Translation" course for the fourth-year technical program students. These collaborations provided students with valuable industry insights and practical skills, enhancing their educational experience and preparing them for professional environments.
